Abstract
Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans is a clinically distinctive raised cutaneous fibrous tumor that characteristically exhibits a marked tendency to recur locally but distant metastasis occurs with extreme rarity .
The usual clinical picture of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans is a firm, raised multinodular tumor, fixed to the overlying skin but moves freely over the deeper tissues.
Histopathologically, this tumor shows the characteristic cartwheel patterns with the fibroblasts, arranged radinlly about a small central hub of fibrous tissue.
Authors experienced 3 c ce. of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans, which was developed over the back and abdomen. So we present these cases with a review of literature
